Lawyer ADNAN SULIMAN ALAMRI Attorney Office was established in 1995 in Riyadh and is considered one of the leading offices for advocates and legal consultancy for companies in Saudi Arabia and abroad due to the expertise and legal knowledge of the local rules and regulations.
Organizational Structure
Below is the organizational structure of ADNAN ALAMRI Attorney Office:
- CEO: The office is managed by Lawyer /Adnan Suliman Alamri (Saudi citizen) who has more than twenty five years’ experience in legal affairs in Saudi Arabia.
- Assistant General Manager Lawyer /Ameer Hassan is a legal consultant with more than eighteen years’ experience in legal business.
- The law firm has two branches:
- A- The Central Region (Riyadh) B-The Eastern Region (Dammam)
Each branch has a number of attorneys, legal consultants, administrative and supportive services with a total of thirty employees.

The office sets plans, policies and objectives as well as the expected period for achieving the same. The office, also, sets those procedural, organizing and executive rules for achieving plans and objectives and for regular review and assessment of performance to determine to what extent the actual performance of the work team is identical to such target performance specified at the plans, thus, taking corrective procedures in case of deviation between plans and actual achievement.

The human resources strategy of ADNAN ALAMRI Attorney Office is based on understanding the internal environment of the office and its basic and influential requirements regarding: its mission, objectives, work requirements and adopted administrative means, thus, enabling the human resources management to set its strategies in a vital manner that achieves an excellent match between practices and activities of the human resources management and those variables and challenges at both the internal and external environment of the office. The strategy of the human resources management aims at recruiting highly and effectively qualified manpower that are able to bear responsibilities and consequences of work at the office, thus, being able to achieve requirements and ambitions of the office’s general strategy which, in turn, has a positive effect on quality of the service rendered to our clients.

One of the important tasks is to determine the types of attorneys and employees that the office needs so the same are appointed through setting a mechanism to recruit those distinct human efficiencies that the office needs. In addition, the management sets a mechanism to differentiate between applicants for vacant jobs at the office and to choose the most efficient applicants. The tasks of this administrative job include, inter alia, setting performance criteria that both employees and attorneys shall meet and determining the most appropriate, just and best incentivation method that the office can adopt for rewarding and performance appraisal. This is beside interest in developing skills and efficiency of employees through training and qualification programs based on well-considered scientific grounds and scientific expertise known as effective.
